[Businessmtg] OT email discussions

Business people,
I would like to share a moment with you. I have to admit it's a little off topic right now. I'm in a personal emotional maelstrom and just now I had a conversation with my AH that made me want to reach out to ASP. Now I could recognize because I have been at ASP for seven years that my concern was martyrdom and expectations and resentment. But those are not the topic discussions this week. So I'm sitting here wishing that I could reach out for ESH, and stifled because I know know that there is a concern about off-topic emails. I think that to tell anybody they have to put their anguish on a certain bulletin board, or that the way they're feeling doesn't neatly fit into the week's subject matter, is going to close our doors, not open them. 
I understand that I signed up to be part of the business meeting because I do care about ASP so getting my underwear in a twist about the subject matter is a choice that I can make or not make. That being said, my reactions and responses to the idea that off topic is not OK is something I think many people will replicate.
So now I'm going into the store to do the next right thing and I'm not sharing on ASP.
I wish everyone the best as they finish up this month's discussion of off-topic emails.
