All - my thoughts at this point are to recommend the second option - continuing to allow OT emails to go to the regular meeting.    Mary




Please share your thoughts on the following options:

-Allowing OT emails to continue as is
-Allowing OT emails to go to the regular meeting, but adding something else
for either clarification, outlet or forum
-Disallowing OT emails on the main list
-Disallowing OT emails on the main list but providing a separate place to
put them
