OK, I am really sorry for all the confusion I have created by putting out
the four items.

This is not something we can vote on....and the agenda says that we are
simply discussing the issue.

I know how this would be handled in my F2F meeting, and I have sent an
email to the rest of the Steering Committee to help me through the points
of procedure on what to do next.

So please hold on, know that I am working on it.

I appreciate everyone's shars. I got to think about things a lot of
different ways by reading.
