Ok I have to respond to people thinking we'd be sending OT shares off into outer Siberia, never to be heard from again. 

I strongly disagree with that thought. I feel that by creating a special spot for OT messages they will get just as much - if not MORE - ESH as they would on the regular asp list. I for one would visit it daily, if not more often. What it would do is segregate the messages and allow for open ESH and bonding (if I understand correctly). I'm pretty sure people would get as much help as they are currently. 

But hey - how about a test? I come from a direct marketing background and we never made a major change without testing it first. How about setting up an OT area to be used on a voluntary basis? We will at least get an idea of how it works. That might help us make a decision.
