I can see Steve's point about the dangers of a "call list" from ASP. In the F2F group I personally know the women whose phone numbers are on that newcomer packet. Here - not so much. There are a few I know but many I don't. 

I like that Steve brought up my personal responses to the Welcome emails. I don't ever send a welcome myself. If I see a share that resonates with me I will send ESH. What if I personally wrote up a little welcome response? It could be an abbreviated introduction to my story and how ASP has helped me. I could just say feel free to email me with any questions. Then if I didn't know the answer I could ask someone else I know that would know :) If I saved this little paragraph intro I could copy and paste it to each new member - that would be like a beginners meeting? Would some of you email me directly or to the group so I would know if this is a good idea?
