Hi Laura et al,

This sounds more like an issue for the Steering Committee than the Business
Meeting. 

The Business Meeting discusses and establishes issues of policy. The
Steering Committee discusses and establishes the implementation of group
policy. 

Changing the Greeters instructions to send a copy of the current day's
meeting is clearly a function of implementing a detail of the Greeter
communications with a new member and belongs squarely in the Steering
Committee.

OK folks, I think we have thoroughly discussed the OT issue, which is what
was on the agenda. Making a decision was not on the agenda.

We have offered a lot of ideas, and there are many things to consider.

So I will give the OT discussion one more day, until 8pm EST on July 10, and
then we will move on to the next item on the agenda.

The next item on the agenda is "Having the greeters forward the current
day's meeting to new members

I am not sure why this was requested to be put on the agenda, but this is
votable, since it concerns the greeter duties.

Please share your ESH on this topic starting after 8pm EST on July 10.
Until then, you can still share on the OT issue.
