[Businessmtg] Changes to Greeter Job Duties

In response to the request for information from former greeters:

I served twice as a greeter. The process when a member has said how they
meet the qualifications is that an email goes to the list administrator,
who adds them to the list, and sends an email back to the greeter saying it
is done. Then the greeter sends out a welcome letter to the new member, and
the announcement to the meeting welcoming the new member.

So IMO (which I am allowed to offer according to the rules of how the
business meeting runs), I don't think it would be a big deal to forward the
meeting.

As head of the daily chairs, I have my email set up so that all ASP email
goes to a folder except the daily chair email, so I personally find it easy
to lay my hands on the meeting of the day.

The only time I could see it being difficult is if the daily meeting goes
out after the welcome email. I would have trouble remembering to go in
later and send it. But that is just me and my poor memory.
