[Businessmtg] greeter responsibilities suggestion

I appreciate everyone's thoughts on this.

How about if the greeter asks the newbie if they want the lead email sent
to him/her? I personally think it's confusing to come into a meeting while
it's going on without the context of the lead email, so maybe if we ask
people it could allow for individual differences in that regard.
