As a newcomer, I had a difficult time navigating what was the main topic. 
This was (in my opinion) due to members sharing on topics after the original day of the lead.
My Suggestion:
Is it possible that we allow sharing for 24 hrs from the time the topic is shared?
It seems we intend to balance ourselves like that of F2F meetings...
If that assumption is even somewhat accurate, I am unable to turn back time and go to a meeting that has already ended. 

I think, if it's important enough I will make time for it. 
If I do not have the time to contribute on that day I PERSONALLY choose to wait for the next day. Just as I respect others' time at F2F meetings by "not walking in late" I apply that to the online meetings/community as well.
