[Businessmtg] July Business Meeting is now closed

Hi everyone.

The poll results are back, and we have decided to drop the matter of asking
the greeters to send the current meeting to the new members.

Our July business meeting is now closed.

We will convene a new business meeting starting September 1st. You will
receive notification in the regular meeting, and can sign up to participate
then.

We will be discussing, among other things, the third item on the July agenda:
"How our individual welcome emails swamp new members and may cause them to
unsubscribe within a day."
