[Businessmtg] Comment on Apryl's current duties

Hi Business Committee,

Personally, I don't see why an officer or coordinator, elected or
appointed, cannot also chair daily/weekly meetings.  It is done f2f all the
time with  no problems.  What is the ASP background on this topic?  Is the
problem the time frame for chairing?  6 months, I think?  That is an
awfully long time span to expect someone to chair weekly meetings,
especially in this OL situation.  Does that need to be changed.

Additionally, I think Apryl would be a great Archivist if her chairing is
any indication of her talents.
