Jerry. You put it perfectly!

Sometime stricter and in some manners not. 
I don't think anyone here can dominate. 
Because no one is "forced " to "listen to" anyone. 
In face meetings , you're going to hear everything. 
So dominance is more worrisome in my opinion. 

Here we can delete or scroll through. 
I'm sure many cannot stand what I write or how I share  and I don't want to read many..
So easy. Poof. Delete. No dominance possible. 
Unless I'm missing something.
