Our Agenda:

We will be attending to the following business items.

   - Electing 2 members at large (6 month terms) and the archivist (3 year
   term) to complete the slate of trusted servants for ASP. (voting required)
   - Requiring a show of hands poll before a motion is accepted in the
   business meeting (voting required)
   - Discuss how our individual welcome emails swamp new members and may
   cause them to unsubscribe within a day (discussion only, tabled from July
   business meeting)


We will start with the discussion of the first issue only...please refrain
