Thanks Jane for bringing that up as I was unclear on whether we were voting on a show of hands or if this was a discussion. 

Yes. We definitely need to have a way to show hands on whether to proceed with a topic. I think I prefer to see a structured poll set up by Jane as opposed to email replies. I think it is cleaner than 40 emails! Just my opinion.
