I have learned over time to manage the email volume.  As I have learned to
detach with love and easy does it, I can now easily delete emails knowing
that others are reading them and I can only read what I can on any given
day, to take what I like and leave the rest.  Sometimes I have more time,
other times I have very little and I am judicious about what I can read.  I
am also discerning about what O/T shares I can read.  I keep it simple and
do not overwhelm myself with guilt over my need for self care.
