Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you know that our official business meeting is now closed.

The list will remain open so Jane can post the results of the vote, as I
will be offline this weekend. Pplease remember to vote...polls close

I want to thank you all for sticking with this process, and I will let you
know that the Steering Committee is looking at the various ideas that have
come up in the meeting, as well as other issues that came out of the
meeting as well.

We will have another business meeting in November. Right now, the only two
items on the agenda are the election of an archivist and treasurer. The
treasurer term will be up in early 2017, and we need the new treasurer to
shadow Melanie before the new treasurer takes over.
