Hypothetical: A resume comes in July 2nd. Your 5 day period means other resumes would have to be in by the 7th. That's Friday of a common U.S. vacation week. In a few hours I'll be away from technology the entire week as I understand others will be too.


May I suggest simply tagging on a few days (say through the weekend) to give everybody sufficient time to respond?
