[Businessmtg] Item for discussion in Business Meeting

Hi folks, 

First, I need to point out that we do not discuss more than agenda item at a time in the Business Meeting.

Second, I'm a bit confused about the current agenda item. The way I read the Agenda, we have these items on the Agenda in this order [I have removed the extra verbiage because it contributes to the confusion].

	Election of 1- Member at Large of ASP Steering Committee - 6 month term
	Election of ASP Secretary
	Election of Greeter Chair
	Election of ASP Webmaster
	Election of List Administrator
	ASP Treasurer report
	Steering  Committee report
	Newcomer Committee report

In other words, I understood that we were on the election of a Member at Large of the SC part of the agenda. Perhaps we need to make it clearer that this discussion is open to ANY and ALL of the 5 positions on the list.

In any case, the current agenda item must be closed before we can move on to a different agenda item. I'm certainly reluctant to close this highly important agenda item.

Besides, we do have other agenda items on the agenda that should be discussed prior to any new item can be put on the agenda.
