Chairing is a key role on any voluntary Management Committee. The Chairperson must ensure that the Management Committee functions properly, that there is full participation during meetings, that all relevant matters are discussed and that effective decisions are made and carried out.

The agenda can be adjusted at any time during the meeting by the Chairperson.
Secondly no other discussion was scheduled for the agenda as with the number of open positions the process could have taken the entire month. As there were no resumes the majority of discussion was on the positions themselves. Questions were asked and answered.
The only way one can determine the direction of this meeting is by asking questions.

D. The Chair is a full member & participant in the Business Meeting and may post messages just like any other member of the meeting.

Of the replies that I have received which are only from from a small fraction of the subscribed members of the Business Meeting most are in favour of or have sugested having a Group Inventory. ,

The Chair is a full member & participant in the Business Meeting and may post messages just like any other member of the meeting.

Every member in this group is welcome to make suggestions on how to carry out a Group Inventory. However it is up to the Cbairperson go decide how the inventory Would be carried out.

Questions were asked as to why there are so many open positions and the were answered. I have not seen any inflammatory remarks. I apologize if my remarks were construed as inflamatory.
Al-Anon World Service Office will say "Talk to each other, reason things out."
