While I have no concerns about the quality of service that you have provided at ASP and your contributions to the leadership in the Steering Committee, I am a bit concerned about you the time you have available to dedicate to what you have described as a "prickly" situation, considering your recent professional advancement. I'm not asking for any details, just an assurance that you don't feel this will be too much of a time conflict for you.
