Hi All.

I'm happy to answer Jerry's questions as best I can.


1.  I'm more familiar with the Traditions of Al-Anon than I am the Concepts and Warranties.

My f2f meeting studies a Tradition once a month, and reads and comments on a Concept once a month.

I cannot think of any time when the Warranties have been addressed.  I have read them but could not

begin to quote them.

I probably should add that even after many years in the program, I do not recite the Steps/Traditions from

memory.  I prefer to rely on the written word so that I don't misquote.


2.  I apologize for not understanding this question?

I am assuming that the Steering Committee makes decisions based on the Traditions/Concepts/Warranties of Al-Anon, so if my assumption is correct, why would I want to do differently?  The principles of Al-Anon have worked for generations.


3.  Had to laugh at this one.  No one recruited me.  I believe it's time I did more service, and I was toying with the idea and

I contacted you (Jerry) to ask questions as I have/had no idea what job entails.  Liking the answers you gave that included that it's only for 6 months, I then asked Laura a couple of questions and mentioned that I had forgotten how to find the resume.  When Laura didn't answer that question, I contacted Sandie with the same question and she told me and I filled it out.  And here I am - still flying blind.
