[Businessmtg] OT List Clarification

This is an agenda item that I requested so I want to clarify. What I am
suggesting is an online forum associated with the member website that we
could possibly call "The After Meeting." This would not preclude OT posts
to the meeting, but would be a discussion forum for ASP members to talk
about personal issues, ask Al-Anon related questions, etc. I would like us
to vote on this at the next business meeting but we should discuss it
first. My term as webmaster ends in October and this would obviously be an
addition to the Webmaster duties, so we would have to vote on that as well.
We would also have to talk about moderating the forum, which to me would be
something the webmaster does in conjunction with the Steering Committee.
What are your thoughts?
