Dear Jane,
  I just read over the link you shared about posting again, thanks.  I was referring to, basically, how to specifically post asking for help: ESH, as newcomers are often in crisis.  Maybe I missed that on the page? I was thinking it could be so helpful for a newcomer. Just something for us to chew on.  Maybe it is not needed.  What do people think?
