Sorry to correct you, Jane, but your emails are held for approval and go
through when I do the little behind-the-scenes thing. :) It just looks like
it goes through because I'm really trying to stay on top of the approvals.

Re: responding to specific questions
Yes, I think we do need to respond to specific questions. And those to whom
the questions were specifically directed should be the ones to answer.

re: Crosstalk
I'm not trying to limit discussion, just trying to sort through the
dizzying threads. There's got to be a better way, which is why I want to
bring it up in front of a future business meeting. I certainly haven't come
up with a solution that is satisfactory even to me, and I feel like I am
missing large chunks of valuable ESH because of the way we are approaching
the discussion. I will be thinking about this over the next month or so and
see if I can come up with a rational solution, but I'm not sure I will find
one. It could very well be the nature of the beast.
