Our Agenda:

We will be attending to the following business items.


   - That a temporary committee be formed, answerable to the Business
   Committee, to reassess ASP's newcomer-related materials and how ASP could
   better serve newcomer needs.
   - Does ASP want to fund and restart the Beginners Packet program or
   should we move to cancel the motion which created it?
   - That the current public ​ASP website asp-afg.org be accepted as is by
   the Business Meeting
   - That the current ASP member website asp-afg.org/members be accepted as
   is by the Business Meeting and be the basis for all future changes
   - All future changes to the content of the website, outside of regular
   updates and legal compliance, shall be approved by the business meeting
   ("Regular Updates" include financial reports, service rotations, motions
   made and other votes taken in the business meeting)
