This is the ist time I have participated in a business meeting on line. I do think a committee  to address the needs of new comers is warranted. When I first became involved in Al Anon I had some awareness of the program having gone thru a family week where my A had received treatment. Even with that, I remember how scare and overwhelmed I was. The new comer's packet received at face to face meeting was a life saver. I could and did refer to the pamphlets often. Their was also the advantage at the face to face meeting to see the display of the books other reading material that is available.

With that being said, I would like to see an online new comers packet that could be emailed to new members.
