I see at least two distinct categories of "help" for new comers that need
clarification, simplification and input:  For those new to Al-Anon
(Beginners)  and those new to ASP technically and OL meetings (Newcomers).
There are many questions asked in both areas.  I would like to see a
sub-committee responsible to the Business Committee set up to deal with
these topics.
