As I stated earlier I think it best to let the Newcomer Committee look at
everything first  to effectively address this agenda item/motion.
As a result...

I would like to offer:
A motion to table "Does ASP want to fund and restart the Beginners Packet
program or should
we move to cancel the motion which created it?"
