Hi,

I don't have a good sense of where we are as a group on this issue. Could
you please respond and let me know where you stand?

1) We rescind the former decision on the newcomer packet
2) Table the issue until we get a recommendation from the newcomer committee
3) We restart the program
4) Other (please tell me what it is)

You can either reply directly to me (just hit reply) or start a new email
and send it to the group. Again, this is just so I can tell if we have
reached any sort of consensus on the issue.
