[Businessmtg] Treasurer Report May 2017

Good Morning,

    I have attached a report that breaks down the last 3 months finances.

    I was not aware that a report was required at each business meeting, 
however, I will from this point forward plan on having it available at 
the beginning of each business meeting unless I am otherwise advised.

    I would like it to be clear that I only last week received the last 3 
bank statements from Melanie as all funds remain in her ASP account.
    I have no access to the funds, nor do I have any ability to disperse 
them.  I have no access to the statements unless Melanie forwards them 
to me.

    In addition I hold 3 checks that need to be deposited to the bank 
account,   which I will do now that I have been provided the account 
number.
    There is also one expense that has yet to be reimbursed which would 
be the cost for the PO Box which I secured in Spokane.

    I do have full access to our PayPal account and those funds received 
have been transferred to the bank account, currently all monthly 
payments
    are paid electronically from the bank account.

    I am hoping that along with the Steering Committee we can find a way 
to continue to accept donations either by check or electronically.  At 
this point
    I only have access to the fund that come to our PayPal account 
electronically where they will stay until a resolution is found.
