[Businessmtg] newcomer packets

Hi all,
I sent a private response about this but seeing the mention that is not appropriate, I am resending to all at the business meeting.  I believe the motion should be rescinded.  That being said, I will add to my private message which was one word: "rescind".   I believe that if the newcomer committee (which it looks from comments will be approved once the final vote is announced) wants to take it up and make a new motion about it with their full set of recommendations, it would be fine to put back on the table at that time.  In other words, just because you rescind a motion doesn't mean a future motion could not be made, does it?
