Biz-Pals,

Since a consensus DOES exist I call on the Chair to recognize that the  switch to Robert's Rules was improper and should be withdrawn along with the motion and second.

I claim that under KBDM a consensus exists that we stop offering Beginner Packets at this time.

A potential motion written so: "ASP is to stop offering Beginner Packets until further notice" satisfies the comments of the vast majority of every Business Committee submitted in committee to date.

Suggest:
~ Resume KBDM
~ Recognize where we have consensus
~ Write a motion covering that consensus
~ Get a Second
~ Take the vote
