Steve's post about how the KBDM process is supposed to work makes more
sense than anything else.
I agree with his observation that reverting to the parliamentary process is
out of order and should not have happened. We should never have left the
KBDM process. No matter how frustrated the Chair might be with the
slowness of the KBDM process, she doesn't have the right to abort it.
Of course, that means that the current motion is out of order and the Chair
is required by the KBDM process to take that position.
