[Businessmtg] Healthy Discussion Agenda Item

I think this is a good idea. I will add it to the end of the agenda, after
the website item discussions. I feel we need to make every attempt to get
through our stated business before we tackle something new - both as a
courtesy to those who are attending the meeting based on the agenda items
as well as those who chose not to attend based on the agenda items.
