I am not sure if this is proper protocol perhaps Sandie, lists
administrator could inform us as to the
proper process of approving the treasurers report

I would like to make a motion that we as a business committee approve the
treasurer report submitted by our Asp Treasurer.

I would ask before voting that Sandie address the approval of the report
also is this a business matter for the chair to address
