I cannot thank Claudia enough for expressing what I have been trying to find the words and CAL/Traditions to express.

My words and thoughts felt inadequate as I have sat here with them.

For me, Claudia has said it clearly, factually, concisely, using program,  and I appreciate it.  My feelings of hopelessness have suddenly dissipated and I'm encouraged.
