One of the nice easy things about on-line business is the reading. 

Works for me:
I read for new or additional information and delete everything else.  

Listening is sometimes much harder to pick out the new over the personality.  Yet we are encouraged to try.  

Note:  At WSC each delegate has two minutes at the mic.  Listening is very important.  When it is your turn, the delegate sits if he/she has nothing new to add. 

The straw vote seemed to contribute to divisions not unity.  

I signed up because I'm willing to participate and share my ideas.  My willingness went down the drain with all the criticism.  Evidently many of us entered an ongoing problem.  

The question is what would help us be willing to seek resolution where we all
