[Businessmtg] FS&P and other questions of website content

I agree that there should be a clearer link to the FP&P on the Business
page but I also think it should be added as a discrete page on the member
site. I can do that really easily, but right now my hands are tied while I
wait for approval of the websites from the Business Meeting.
