I respectfully contend that Jerry's email is misleading and would like to
point out that he was not part of the Steering Committee when the 2
websites were approved. I would ask that the Business Meeting review the
documents I posted at http://asp-afg.org/members/business-meeting-documents/
because they contain the actual emails sent by myself and the Steering
Committee during this time.

I believe t was very clear to everyone on the Steering Committee at the
time that the both the public and member sites were approved in their
entirety, both as to appearance and content. I ask my fellow members of the
Business Meeting to rely on the actual emails sent during that time and to
draw your own conclusions rather than relying on someone else's opinion of
what was decided--including mine.

I will state for the record that I believed that I was authorized to do
everything I did, and that I believe the websites should be approved in
their entirety. Changes can be made going forward.
