"On the "old" format under VII Group conscience process #3 iv it says that
"balloting duration is 5 calendar days." Then on the "new" website under 2)
Business meeting format #4 it says "voting period is 7 days." For me, this
is very confusing to look and find changes in this haphazard way.  I would
like not to go looking for one thing that is confusing and then while
looking to clarify that, find something else confusing.:

I can appreciate that, Faith. On March 11, 2017, Steve informed the
Steering Committee of this statement in the Founding Statement and
Policies: "e) A period of seven (7) days will be available following each:
motions brought before the entire meeting, trusted servant vacancy
announcements, and balloting period." I added this information to the
Business Meeting page of the member site. I'm not actually sure where the
5-day thing came from, but I assume it was an error/inconsistency.

My adding this to the member site is what set off the whole website
controversy in the Steering Committee.
