Thank you all for participating.  I am personally making the decision to adjourn this meeting.  We are not accomplishing anything by all of this continued bickering.  

This also goes to show why there have not been regular business meetings through the years and why this meeting has had a difficult time keep our trusted servants.

Remember, We are all trusted servants.  Jane has done a outstanding job on the website. 

When this position interferes with my sleep and my Serenity I need to take a look at whether this is something that I need in my life.  

Oh yes and Steve, I believe that I already answered your question. I wrote the report and is is my perspective from reviewing all of the Steering Committee emails.  

The next Business Meeting will be held in July. At that time we will be electing a new Secretary and a at large member of the Steering Committee and a Greeter Chair.. 




 
One year's participation in ASP is a prerequisite to serving as an officer of ASP.  Participation may take many forms, but merely having one's email address on the ASP server is not participation.
Service Positions held in Al-Anon:
A member of ASP must have served ASP in some other service capacity for 1 year in addition to any other minimum qualifications for ASP Officers.

In applying this long-standing Al-Anon policy to the ASP online meeting, it has been determined that members of AA who are also members of ASP are not eligible to serve as Officers of ASP or on the ASP Steering Committee.
