The first order of Business is the election of new officers/members of the Steering Committee - 

Election of the following officers: 
2 - Member at Large of ASP Steering Committee - 6 month term 1 commences immediately and one November 1 
ASP Secretary - 3 year term - commencing immediately
Greeter Chair - 3 year term - commencing immediately
ASP Webmaster - 3 year term to commence in November 2017 
List Administrator - term not completed but List Administrator will resign when a new LA is elected. This is also a 3 year term 
One year's participation in ASP is a prerequisite to serving as an officer of ASP. Participation may take many forms, but merely having one's email address on the ASP server is not participation. 
Service Positions held in Al-Anon: A member of ASP must have served ASP in some other service capacity for 1 year in addition to any other minimum qualifications for ASP Officers. 
Steering Committee Resume If you would like to be considered for a position on the Steering Committee, fill out any of the forms below (they are identical). During the Business Meeting, send your completed resume to whomever is chairing, typically the Secretary. Between Business Meetings, send your completed resume form to the List Administrator at list_administrator at asp-afg.org:

The election of officers is in no particular order as it will depend on what resumes are received.  There will be a period to ask questions of the candidates prior to the polls.
