Hi Folks.  This is Beverly.

I would like to know what became of the formal complaint I made in the last
business meeting? I wrote privately to the List Administrator in July. Her
response was that it was ignored.

 Isn't it the List Administrator's responsibility to bring complaints or
issues to the SC? After all, the List Administrator is the chair of the
steering committee and therefore personally responsible for the agenda of
the steering committee.

 Don't they have a responsibility to honor that members complaint or issue
and figure out how to handle it? Why or why isn't this being done? And why
didn't the List Administrator include this in her report?
