Would the list administrator and /or members of the steering committee
please state the complaint and the reasoning behind no action being taken
on aforementioned complaint by a member of our recovery group here at A
Serenity Place.

If the complaint was made in July- the steering committee members who would
have taken part in this decision and could aide in this confusion would
have been:
