Yes. Adele ASP is a registered meeting with Al-Anon World Service Office.  Yes. Anyone can write to WSO asking for help however their most likely response would be to:

Talk to each other and reason things out.. 

They would likely suggest doing a Group Inventory.. 

They might also suggest using the Conflict Resolution Kit.. in particular 
Conflict Resolution using our Twelve Traditions.. S-72

The following are two questions under Tradition One and Unity..

How can Tradition One Help us to find a solution and attain unity?
How can we put aside our differences and focus on our common (goal)s?
