Yes, Kristen, I qualify now.  But I did not realize that until I saw that
your participation in Business Meetings and subsequent 'committee meetings'
were accepted as qualifications.  Nor did I know that from last year when I
qualified.  I wonder now, how many qualified members of ASP have been
turned away because of such treatment.  Now, Steve is saying that Business
Meetings are not qualifying for service.

Could one of you please say consistently what the qualifications for
service at ASP are and when those qualifications were instigated?  This is
so confusing and has turned some members off from service.
