[Businessmtg] Copy of email sent to recovery meeting October 9 - opportunity to join Business Meeting

Hi folks,

I have searched the Business Meeting Archives for the entire year of 2017
and I have not been able to find a motion by Jane regarding approval of the
website and the many changes made by her. 

I have found the text as an agenda item, but not as a motion. 

Again, the motion by Jane and second by Diane M. was Jane's motion regarding
the formation of the Newcomer Committee. 

Again, as best I can tell there is no motion on the floor. And even if there
was, it would be out of order as we are in the KBDM process where any and
all motions are out of order until there is a consensus.
