Hi Cathy,

I haven't found either one on this issue.

What I did find was Jane's motion and Diane's second on the issue of the
newcomer meeting. But nothing on the issue of the website. 

We have very clear procedures that describe how a motion is to be developed,
and then handled. Why? To protect the members of ASP from having "solutions"
forced on them. Sadly, I don't see those procedures being followed, which
can't be for the good of ASP. 

Yes, you are correct. I've heard from a couple of members that don't seem to
be getting the BM emails, or their posts to the BM are not going through, or
their post is delayed. This strikes me as a serious issue that definitely
affects not just the tenor of this meeting, but perhaps even its legitimacy.

 Where is Diane M's second of the non motion.?

At least one other person besides myself did not receive that.
Not everyone is getting all emails.

Again, the motion by Jane and second by Diane M. was Jane's motion regarding
the formation of the Newcomer Committee.

Again, as best I can tell there is no motion on the floor. And even if there
was, it would be out of order as we are in the KBDM process where any and
all motions are out of order until there is a consensus.
