Please see my just-posted email regarding RR's requirements for requests to withdraw or amend a motion.

Under RRs this fresh motion and BJ's second are out of order, as in: there are steps which must be taken to remove a motion once it has been announced by the chair before a new motion can be entertained.

[Repeat: I do not like Robert's Rules.]
