[Businessmtg] Motion discussion

Hi all,

Jerry has indicated that the second motion I made is legitimate and has
opened it up to the floor for discussion. We have one week before the end
of the month, which is adequate time to discuss the motion and put it to a
vote. Of passed, any changes to the websites currently in use can be
suggested and discussed either in the Steering Committee, the Business
Meeting or by any other committee for that purpose. Any changes up to and
including replacement of the websites can be approved in the business
meeting(s) going forward. I think the motion, which incorporates Jerry's
amended wording, is excellent as it stands.

I see no need to postpone this topic to a future meeting and feel that
Beverly's motion to do so is out of order. I also find it rather baffling
as passing this motion will ensure member participation in the website
content going forward, which would seem to solve the main criticism she
raised with me.
